Dickerson Employee Benefits was founded over 40 years ago by Carl Dickerson. Today he has been joined by his son-in-laws and the family owned and operated company boasts a staff of 40 speaking over 10 languages. Headquartered in a beautiful building near downtown Los Angeles, Dickerson is the site of monthly educational seminars for the broker community. As a result of Carl’s activities, both political and civic, Dickerson Employee Benefits has its roots in the minority communities of Southern California. Throughout the years, the growth has expanded to serve brokers representing all industries and walks of life. In addition to our sales team, our departments include customer service, underwriting, retention, renewal services, individual sales and large group consulting. We truly are a one stop shopping experience for the busy broker. More importantly though we pride ourselves on our personal service.
